Order Status
Some items are pre-order in nature and are clearly noted.  Please be sure you understand that any time frame posted is an estimate and there can always be delays in production or delivery.  While we try to keep our product details as accurate as possible, there is always the chance that Item details and specifics are subject to change.



What does my order status mean in my account?
You can log into your account at any time using the user name and password you provided when creating your account. While in your account, you can check your order status:

Pending - Your order has been received by our system but we have not yet reviewed it. Once we review it and determine that it is complete, we will change it to "Processing".
Processing - Your order and payment have been accepted and received. Your order will ship as soon as possible in the order it was received.
Completed - Your order has completed processing and will be shipped as soon as possible.
Uncleared - If you paid with a PayPal eCheck order other method, your order will not be changed to Processing until payment has cleared.
Canceled - Your order was canceled based on your request or on our inability to fulfill your order. We typically include a note with an explanation but feel free to e-mail us if you have questions.
Declined - Your order was placed, but the payment process was not completed. If you want to place another order with us, just be sure to follow through with payment using PayPal or Google checkout which will then complete your order.
Fraudulent - We are sending our friends Vincent Vega and Jules Winnfield to carefully explain to you what the Inglewood Jack is.
