Some items are pre-order in nature and are clearly noted. Please be sure you understand that any time frame posted is an estimate and there can always be delays in production or delivery. While we try to keep our product details as accurate as possible, there is always the chance that Item details and specifics are subject to change.
Payment and Security
We used 3rd party payment processors (PayPal and Google Checkout) which have the highest level of security. No credit card information is passed back to this site from those processors.
Some items like t-shirts and hats are fulfilled through a 3rd party company through a system completely separate from this site.
Pre-Order Policy
We offer the ability to pre-order certain items. This enables you to reserve yours early so you do not miss out. Please understand that a pre-order is just that, and while we try to provide an approximate estimation of when your order will ship, it is not a guarantee.
As collectors ourselves, we look at pre-ordering as the ultimate convenience to the collector, and we strive to ensure that all pre-orders are filled. However, pre-orders are NEVER 100% guaranteed for various reasons. If, for unforeseen reasons, we are unable to fill your pre-order after your order is placed, we will let you know why and a refund will be issued to back to your original method of payment.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped. By placing a pre-order, you agree to abide by these terms.
What does my order status mean in my account?
You can log into your account at any time using the user name and password you provided when creating your account. While in your account, you can check your order status:
Pending - Your order has been received by our system but we have not yet reviewed it. Once we review it and determine that it is complete, we will change it to "Processing".
Processing - Your order and payment have been accepted and received. Your order will ship as soon as possible in the order it was received.
Completed - Your order has completed processing and will be shipped as soon as possible.
Uncleared - If you paid with a PayPal eCheck order other method, your order will not be changed to Processing until payment has cleared.
Canceled - Your order was canceled based on your request or on our inability to fulfill your order. We typically include a note with an explanation but feel free to e-mail us if you have questions.
Declined - Your order was placed, but the payment process was not completed. If you want to place another order with us, just be sure to follow through with payment using PayPal or Google checkout which will then complete your order.
Fraudulent - We are sending our friends Vincent Vega and Jules Winnfield to carefully explain to you what the Inglewood Jack is.
Foreign Orders
We strongly urge you to contact us by e-mail before placing any orders outside of the United States in order to make any necessary arrangements.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, there are very few reasons for a return. However, if you have made a purchase from us and feel the need to return it, please contact us for arrangements.
Specific terms are: No refunds after 30 days or on special order items, one of a kind items, etc. Returned items must be in resalable condition and can not have any signs of use, abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Our shipping and processing charge is intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them to the recipients you designate. Shipping prices are intended to be accurate, however due to variances in location, additional shipping costs may be required in rare circumstances. Please feel free to e-mail us before ordering if you feel this may be an issue with where you live.

Other that what is stated, there are no express warranties or implied warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The owners and administrators of this web site shall not be subject to and disclaims: (1) any other obligations or liabilities arising out of breach of contract or of warranty, (2) any obligations whatsoever arising from tort claims (including negligence and strict liability) or arising under other theories of law with respect to products sold or services rendered by the owners and administrators of this web site or any undertakings, acts or omissions relating thereto, and (3) all consequential, incidental and contingent damages whatsoever.
